 Manuel Barreiros lives in Estoril,Portugal. Born in Macau.during the portuguese administration,came early to Lisbon where he got a law degree.A few years as a lawyer and then he joined the portuguese foreign office.Served in Rio de Janeiro,Paris, Cape Verde,Brussels,Stockholm,Vienna,and Warsaw and  Reykjavik and Oslo.Full rank Ambassador since 1998.Married to a lovely portuguese girl,has a daughter and a son ,two granddaughters and one grandson.SPECIAL INTEREST  in the 19th century,and in particular in the Victorian age.
